Returns & Exchanges

  • Accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and purchased from our website.

  • To start a return/exchange, email us at discountwalla@gmail.com  with your order number.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claims.

  • For exchange, place a new order and we’ll authorize the return of your previous item.

Refunds

  • Refunds only if the product is defective, damaged, or not working.

  • Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify your return.

  • If refund is delayed beyond 5 days, contact us at discountwalla@gmail.com

Not Accepted

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction with price.

  • Wrong order placed by mistake.

Cancellations

  • Can only be done before shipping.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
